By using JAWUCA's website, requesting quotes, or purchasing our plastic components, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
JAWUCA provides manufacturing services for plastic components used in mini ponds and hydroponic systems. Our services include:
All orders are subject to acceptance by JAWUCA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change without notice until an official quote is accepted. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion.
Custom orders require detailed specifications and may involve minimum order quantities. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current production schedules.
We guarantee that our products meet agreed specifications and quality standards. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective products, at our discretion.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of JAWUCA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers grant us the right to use project information and images for marketing purposes unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
JAWUCA's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Standard products may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Returns are accepted for standard products in original condition within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
